Personal data of job applicants

We process the information submitted as the job application on behalf of job applicants (candidates). The types of personal data we process may include the following data items:

• name, address and contact details, including email address and telephone number
• description of job applicant skills, qualifications, relevant experience and employment
history
• information about job applicant’s current and desired level of compensation
• information about job applicant entitlement to work in Switzerland.
• relevant supplementary documents such as diplomas, certificates, reference letters, etc.
• references to the external sources, such as professional social network profiles,
relevant, web resources etc.

Disclosure to third parties

Your data will be handed over to our partners (third parties) as far as the order processing requires. MailChimp

By subscribing to the newsletter you announce your email. Furthermore, your IP address and the date of the registration will be saved during the registration, the latter only for the purposes of proof in case of an abusive registration. We use the list provider MailChimp (75 Ponce de Leon Ave NE Suite 5000 30308, USA) to send our newsletter. The data stored during registration are encrypted and stored by MailChimp. After registering, MailChimp will send you an e-mail to confirm your registration. Furthermore, MailChimp offers various analysis options on how to open and use the sent newsletters, e.g. how many users sent an e-mail, whether e-mails were rejected, and whether users logged out of the list after receiving an e-mail.
